A Blend Of Mustard Leaves And Spinach Seasoned With Onion And Species. It is a very popular North-Indian cuisine. It is extensively made by using 'Sarsoon' which means 'Mustard' and 'Saag' which means the leafy part of a vegetable. Here the leaves of the mustard plant are used.
