Step 1: YOUR ORDER IS CONFIRMED

  • Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 1-2 working days.

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation via email from dookan@theremotelab.com, once it is completed.


Step 2: YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED

  • Your shipment will be done through DHL / GLS Logistics for Germany, GLS / PostAG for Austria and GLS for Slovakia.

  • You will receive a live order-tracking link in the email.

  • You will also receive an email from DHL / GLS / PostAG with PIN to manage your shipment online (change address/ contact details etc.).


Step 3: YOUR ORDER IS OUT FOR DELIVERY

  • Once the order is out for delivery, you will receive a SMS from the DHL / GLS / PostAG with delivery time slot and driver details.
