The Dookan12Club is an exclusive program that gives Dookan customers the opportunity to enjoy a 12% discount on unlimited orders.

By making a purchase between 22nd May and 31st May 2023 using the code 'JOIN12CLUB'. This code gives you 12% discount as well as automatically enrols you into the 'Dookan12Club'.

No, there is no membership fee. But you have to make atleast one purchase in a calendar month (Ex: 1st June to 30th June) using the code DOOKAN12CLUB.

If you do not make at least one purchase in a calendar month, then you will lose the membership of your Dookan12Club.

Yes, there are two ways of joining the Dookan12Club.
a. Non-members have a chance to join the club through a referral from an existing club member
OR
b. Dookan will periodically do membership drives to enrol non-members. Please keep an eye for such emails / SMSs.

• Lakshmi joins Dookan12Club on 25th May using code JOIN12CLUB, which automatically enrols Lakshmi to Dookan12club.
• Lakshmi makes another purchase on 20th June and uses the code DOOKAN12CLUB this means she will continue to remain in the club for the next calendar month.
• Lakshmi continues be a member of the Dookan12Club by making a purchase every calendar month hence forth.
• In the month of November 2023, she goes away on vacation and doesn't do a puchase in November. Lakshmi loses her Dookan12Club membership.
• Once she is back from vacation in December 2023, Lakshmi reenrols into the club by getting referral from Swati who is already a Dookan12Club member.
